My everyday job responsibilities were:
• Coordinated international air, LCL, LTL shipments with carriers and 4 warehouses. Prepared export customs and safety documentation: packing lists, proforma/commercial invoices, certificates of origin, MSDS.
• Sourced and managed relationships with 30 Chinese suppliers negotiating prices, ETDs, MOQs, and Incoterms while coordinating production planning and QC with the office in China and directly with manufacturers.
• Processed and tracked daily sales orders from receipt through invoicing, maintaining accurate order fulfillment workflows.
• Optimized SKU and client database, successfully migrated from SAGE to FastMag software for daily operations. Performed testing, analyzed and escalated demands for Fastmag development.
• Trained 3 new interns the use of FastMag sales and logistics module and SAGE purchasing module to be able to proceed new orders from entry to delivery and manage stock (entries, transfers etc).

• Conducted daily monitoring of reports to identify and resolve operational issues. Served as primary liaison for customer service inquiries, 3PL item setups, and technical support escalations.
• Processed orders for Marketing or Interco requests; create customs documentation and organize carrier coordination for exports.
