My everyday job responsibilities were:
• Worked in logistics environment with clients, our 4 warehouses (3PL) and transit companies for air, sea (FCL, LCL) and truck (LTL) shipments. Prepared all financial and logistics documentation for EDI: Packing Lists, Proforma/Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin etc.
• Sourced and regularly worked with 30 Chinese suppliers, organized production planning, negotiated prices, ETDs, MOQs and Incoterms. Projected and constantly followed-up production with office in China (for quality check) and directly with manufacturers for new and existing products.
• Executed and followed-up in daily basis new sales orders from their receiving to invoicing.
• Optimized SKU and client database, flawlessly moved from SAGE to FastMag software for daily operations. Performed testing, analyzed and escalated demands to Fastmag to develop purchasing module.
• Trained 3 new interns the use of FastMag sales and logistics module and SAGE purchasing module to be able to proceed new orders from entry to delivery and manage stock (entries, transfers etc).
• After a year in company with purely import/export logistics missions, adsorbed all supply chain management responsibilities and soon department management.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of my responsibilities:
• Followed-up requests and developed operations guides and SOPs for all warehouses in Canada.
• Implemented new ERP/WMS systems: Microsoft Dynamics CRM and COSTAR as a replacement to Oracle JD Edwards in tire distribution sites in Toronto and Vancouver.
• Provided throughout training to warehouse personnel: dispatchers, supervisors, pickers and drivers in two new distribution centres with accent on SLAs, SOPs, software and equipment use.
• Performed functional testing and support for shipping and warehousing modules in both COSTAR and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Escalated issues and tasks to other departments using a multi-level ticket based support systems.
• Mission to ensure that new warehouse acquisitions went correctly, the system and new procedures are applied and used in all locations.

My job tasks:
• Coordinated B2B orders and their correct allocation to produced/in-transit/available inventory.
• Planned all deliveries weekly, identified opportunities to balance and optimize shipping operations by prioritization.
• Identified and escalated issues impacting outbound flow of merchandise, direct collaboration with production and traffic manager (shortages, delays, shipment methods etc).
• Inbound/Outbound EDI management via integrated ERP/WMS system.
• Directly managed US and Canadian warehouse operations: picking, packing, routing, shipping etc.
• Was responsible to make daily invoicing and generating reports on all shipped orders and their completion.

My job tasks:
• Compare E-com order transmissions to those received by the 3PL and ensure on time fulfillment is done by the 3PL.
• Follow inventory levels are adequate for order fulfillment and coordinate with the warehouse on order release.
• Perform daily order depletions on shipped items and returns in our ERP system.
• Process orders for Marketing or Interco requests; create customs documentation and organize carrier coordination for exports.
• Compare outbound freight charged vs quoted rates and present a monthly summary to management.
• Provide forecasts to the 3PL.
• Collaborate with CRC, IT, purchasing teams to ensure the correct functioning of the e-commerce business

My job responsibilities among others, include:
• Expanded upon my previous role fully taking care of North America's e-commerce operations, involving full cycle of an order.
• Took over complete process of Canada retail sales operations: from item setup at retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart etc) to order shipping confirmation.
• Lead towards successful game launches of the popular franchises as Assassins Creed, Far Cry, Just Dance, Avatar, Mario + Rabbids, The Crew and others.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, account managers, sales planning and analytics teams to ensure timely inventory availability and planned fulfillment of new releases as well as replenishment orders.
• Manage all Canada 3PL relations and a portion of US 3PL relations.
• US to Canada transfers and management of inventory once in the warehouse: adjustments, reworks, scrapping etc.
• Support for non-inventory requisitions and purchasing for other teams: merchandising, marketing, media buying.
• Resolutions of conflicts in regards of orders, deliveries, EDI, item, pricing, system, inventory issues.
